KAISAR Completes Phase 2 Exploratory Gas Tests in Paseh Block
The Paseh-2 well flows at an audited rate of 28.4 Million Standard Cubic Feet per day (MMscfd) with trace levels of H2S, validating high economic viability.
BANDA ACEH, INDONESIA — KAISAR Energy and Petroleum has successfully finalized flow testing operations at the Paseh-2 onshore well, yielding remarkable results. The audited reservoir output recorded clean natural gas production at a stable, restricted flow of 28.4 million standard cubic feet per day (MMscfd).
Subsurface evaluations indicate substantial connectivity to the porous carbonate sequence, indicating a resilient and high-volume reserve base. Crucially, the gas chemistry demonstrates trace hydrogen sulfide (H2S) levels, significantly lowering the processing cost and environmental footprint of commercial gas delivery.
